Sally Grayson is a multidisciplinary artist and musician whose work has always been a bridge between rebellion and intimacy. From her early years on a Michigan hobby farm to her time in the post-punk scenes of Minneapolis and the "Tarantino Rock" of her band Black Swift, Grayson has built a reputation for authentic, high-stakes storytelling.

Her 2023 solo debut, The Darkness In Me, was a critical success, drawing comparisons to Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, and Nancy Sinatra. Recorded in the desert of Tucson, Arizona, with producer Gabriel Sullivan (XIXA, Calexico), the album established her as a formidable force in the "Western Gothic" genre.

However, for her 2026 EP Lady Justice, Grayson pivoted in response to a specific request from her fans: they wanted to hear her voice. This new collection is an intimate, cinematic evolution. While the EP tackles heavy themes, including Palestinian solidarity and the systemic oppression of women, the second single, "To Be Loved," serves as its emotional anchor. It is a shimmering celebration of love and human connection, stripped of grit and focused entirely on a soaring, crystalline vocal performance. Recorded at Mystery Train Studios with producer Markus Birkle, "To Be Loved" is a testament to Grayson’s ability to find beauty and light in the middle of a chaotic world.
